 Verified It was the first time my AC went out in six years. Alex was very responsive, setting up a free diagnostic based on my Yelp inquiry. He was the fastest I could find to help me get my AC up and running in the 100+ degree heat wave, without any diagnostic fee.

Alex kept me updated on his arrival time via text, and after arriving, he and his colleague fixed my AC within 15 minutes. The issue was a burned capacitor, which they had on hand and replaced right away, only after getting my approval on the price. I did not research other pricing, but the speed, friendliness, professionalism, and ability to solve the problem were worth it. Highly recommended!

 Verified Called Alex, (1st time) he was here in 20 min. as just finished another job. My former HVAC co, quoted me 5 days to come out. During this heat wave it is what expected but needed much sooner.

He is courteous, neat, professional. Diagnosed issue promptly and corrected.  Gave many tips on keeping unit in great shape.
As he was leaving, mentioned freon was low. We asked him to fill & he did right away.

Interesting background, has contractor license, does remodeling, and other talents. He & hubby talked at length. He is quite charming.

Think price more than fair. 
I will call him anytime I need him for his skills. He is great and you cannot go wrong calling him. Don't bother with anyone else.

 Verified Alex is my HVAC guy at this point. I've worked with him multiple times. This time I had a leak in my home due to build up in the PVCs connected to the HVAC. Alex really wanted to walk me through how to fix it myself but once he told me the steps, I had a feeling I wouldn't be able to do it all without making mistakes.

Alex came and fixed the problem and working with me to see how we can make the system run even better. He suggested adding Freon which helped with reducing some temperature and how hard my hvac was working.

 Verified I had such a great experience with Honest Home! They responded to my inquiry within 20 minutes and were at my home within an hour on a Sunday!

Mr. Alex was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and, true to the company name, honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt-out capacitor, replaced it, and had my air conditioning blowing cold air again within an hour of arriving.

He even offered to pick up new air filters for me while he was out getting the part, but luckily I already had a few on hand.

I had contacted several HVAC companies, and Honest Home was the only company willing to come out on a Sunday at a competitive price. The quick response and excellent service were especially appreciated during this heat!

 Verified Blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by Alex. Our HVAC was having a serious leak and with this heat it was important we got it fixed as soon as possible. He was able to help the same day and fix it! He was very kind and knowledgeable through the whole process. You can tell he is passionate about helping and teaching others which makes you feel safe as a homeowner.
